Hosted Email Pro Options

Both Hosted Email options use your own custom Internet domain name.  Standard Email may be added to a hosting subscription, at no additional charge.  You may choose  Enhanced Email, instead, for an additional charge, per mailbox.  See below for the main differences between Standard and Enhanced Email.

Standard Email

  • Maximum mailbox size is 100 MB, 500 MB, 1000 MB (~1GB), or 2000 MB (~2 GB), depending on plan.
  • Mailbox storage counts towards hosting plan storage limit.  Mailboxes will reduce available storage for your website files, databases, or applications.
  • Mailboxes are included in subscription plan.  The number of included mailboxes varies based on the plan.
  • SpamAssassin spam filter is included.
  • Access via POP, IMAP, SMTP, and Webmail.
  • Add or remove email accounts, anytime, using the Plesk control panel.

Enhanced Email

  • All mailboxes include 5 GB (5120 MB) of storage space.  Additional storage upgrades are available.
  • Mailbox storage does not count towards hosting subscription plan storage limit.  This frees up more storage for your website files, databases, or applications.
  • Mailbox bandwidth  does not count towards hosting subscription plan bandwidth limit.  This frees up more bandwidth for your website to use.
  • Mailboxes are not included in subscription plan.  Each mailbox is charged individually as an add-on.
  • Advanced Spam and Virus Protection is included.
  • Access via POP, IMAP, SMTP, and Webmail.
  • Robust Webmail includes optional enhanced email security including two-factor auth (2FA) and app-specific passwords.
  • Add or remove email accounts during business hours only.

Add this to a Hosting Subscription, or, if web hosting is not needed, an email-only hosting subscription of $5/month may be used, as a base price, then add $3 per mailbox per month.
